Hello everyone,
Here we are, the first month of the year gone. I’ve had an incredible month. A lot has happened within a short period: an unexpected trip to the US, a weekend gateway to Bulgaria for a ski trip, and my best friend visiting me in London.
How was the start of your 2025?
I feel incredibly grateful for this life. While I was in New York, I was reflecting on life. This month’s most significant lesson:
It doesn’t metter where you are trying to go in life. If you stop in your tracks for just a second you might just realise you are living your dream life. The life you wished for just a few years ago. Indulge in that feeling because that is true happiness.
We also had an incredible month at The PCOS Newsletter, with incredible collaborations. We explored some important topics:
1. The most impactful thing you can for your PCOS
I am so grateful this article resonated with you; I believe it is the foundation of health.
2. Alexi’s PCOS Story
We heard the incredible story of Alexi, who discovered her PCOS in her post-partum scan.
3. A functional dietician’s view on PCOS
The lovely
offered her insightful experience working with women with PCOS.4. PCOS and Eating Disorders
We also discussed a topic that I care about a lot: eating disorders.
, an eating disorder coach joined us in addressing this critical topic.February will bring more exciting content, including the start of our fertility series.
