Whether your year was incredible, challenging, or somewhere in between—congratulations on making it through another year of life, growth, and experience.
Time passes (and it does fast) so I am grateful for this year. I am grateful for being healthy, for having a roof above my head, for my family and for you.
Thank you for opening my emails every Sunday and reading my writing. It means the world to me. This newsletter started from a desire to create a space where PCOS could be explored from every angle and to help women feel less frustrated with their own bodies.
Today, I’m proud to say that this newsletter has grown into something I couldn’t have imagined. With 774 subscribers, we’ve built a community of women dedicated to understanding their bodies, navigating PCOS, and living fulfilling lives. I’m so deeply grateful to each of you for being here.
As we step into 2025, I wish you joy, health, and peace. May this year bring kindness to you and your loved ones, make your dreams a reality, and keep your PCOS in check.
