Hi, I am Francesca

In short:

  • since I got my period at 13, I never had a regular one

  • as a grew older, so did my weight, acne, the length between my periods and my frustration with my body

  • so I went to a nutritionist and herbalist who restored my period

  • since then I have become myself a Qualified Nutritional Therapist on a mission to help other women skip the frustration


This course is what I wish someone gave to me at 18 years old. This course contains the information I spent the past 10 years gathering so that you don’t have to go through the same frustration and pain.
