June is almost over! Guys, that's half of 2025 gone. Can someone tell me why time is suddenly speeding up?
This is my life lesson this month:
It’s super important to be clear on what makes you happy within your career. I had a great coaching session this month and looked into what are the most important things for me to feel fulfilled in my career. They are as follows: operating in an area I am interested in (health), solving complex issues and financial gain. The first two are definetely hit by this newsletter, we just need to figure out the financials.
Here is what we have learnt in June:

This one was a big deep dive into how our gut impacts our PCOS. The fact that our microbiome processes hormones is something that is often forgotten when we discuss the gut.
