Hello everyone,
It feels like yesterday I was writing the Goodbye September issue. Time flies these days.
My biggest life lesson in November
Life often feels like a balancing act between hard work and enjoyment. When the scale tips too far toward fun, it can take a toll on your health, confidence, and future. On the other hand, leaning too heavily on work can lead to fears of missing out on life's experiences and neglecting important relationships. Can we ever truly achieve the perfect balance?
After careful consideration and your feedback, I have decided to turn The PCOS Newsletter into a paid publication. My core belief is that this information should be freely available. However, after two years dedicated to this knowledge hub, I want to take things to the next level. This will require more time and financial investment from my side so I can bring you even more high-quality information. I want to reach more women and grow this into the most comprehensive PCOS information hub.
Here’s what to expect in the next year in the paid version:
Expert opinions on PCOS - guest writing from GPs, Endocrinologists, Herbalists and many more, including how to prep for these consultations
Fertility Series - a monthly article on fertility for PCOS and how to get our body ready for pregnancy to increase our odds
PCOS Stories - hear about people’s stories with PCOS, what worked for them and how they live
Meal Plans - learn how to build a diet that is full of nutrients and will support your PCOS
Video content - understand our condition deeper so we can find answers in hidden places. Expect genetics, deep dives into the different organs involved in PCOS and treatment options.
Given you have subscribed to the newsletter for a long time, I really want us to continue on this journey together. As a result, I am running a launch offer for existing subscribers till the end of the year for £44.85/$57 per year (a 30% discount).
This will go up to £65/$82 per year in 2025 or £6.99/$7.5monthly.
I don’t believe in gate-keeping everything so free content will still be available, but not at same weekly cadence.
Now, let’s recap what we have discussed in November.
1. Does PCOS make you sleep badly?
We discovered the vicious cycle of sleep and PCOS and how they impact one another.
2. Alternative medicine vs Modern/Western Medicine
We broke down the big debate between these two schools of thought. My philosophy is that they can co-live, and the divide between the two has only one victim: the patient.
3. Early riser or night owl: who is healthier?
Night owls are constantly criticised for sleeping in, but are early risers in the right?
4. CoQ10 - another PCOS Supplement
We looked at whether CoQ10 has scientific backing to be recommended for fertility and PCOS.
I hope you have enjoyed the November content. We have incredible things planned for next year, so I hope you will join me in the paid version.
See you Sunday,
Francesca
