Hi! I'm Francesca


I am Certified Nutritional Therapist and PCOS fellow.

I've been managing PCOS since my diagnosis 10 years ago, and since then have dedicated my career to learning everything I can about the condition—and how to best manage it.

I believe that the only way to manage PCOS is by understanding what your body needs and how it functions.


That's why I write a weekly newsletter (The PCOS Newsletter) where I offer advice on everything from diet to supplementation and more.  I also work one to one with women with PCOS.

I am a big believer in our body's intelligence. I believe we hold an innate intelligence to stay healthy and lead a beautiful life.


Our systems are designed to strive and keep us healthy. All we need to do it take care of it and give it the right fuel. When I say fuel I refer to food, exercise, quietness, calm, love and attention.

Also, I am a big believer in positive energy and kindness. By bringing these into the world through your actions and words, the Universe takes care of your happiness. 

What I believe in

I have graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Nutritional Therapist.

I work with women with PCOS one to one to:

  • restore periods and ovulation

  • clear acne

  • improve energy levels

  • improve insulin sensitivity and balance blood sugar levels

  • come off the birth control pill

  • improve chances of pregnancy

I provide Nutrition plans which include a 'food first' approach and supplements if needed.
